Even though it's not healthy enough, I would still have them here and there. It is really handy, when you have nothing but couple dollars and microwave. Whenever I am really lazy to cook, or no time to cook or dine out, and still want nice warm meal, frozen meals would be my go to.

I think frozen food is unhealthy. Since they have been frozen since when nobody knows, of course all the vitavims and freshness from the food would gone a lot. If I have a choice to eat I would not pick frozen foods to help suffering because it is not very haelthy.  |

 Prepared and processed frozen foods are not the healthiest in the world. However, in moderation they are okay. Frozen vegetables and fruits, on the other hand, are quite healthy. They are just as healthy, if not more so, than their fresh counterparts. The reason for this is because they are picked at their peak freshness and ripeness and then flash frozen. This preserves the nutrients and flavors. Fresh vegetables and fruits can sometimes either be over or under-ripe and if they are out of season, extremely expensive. Frozen veg/fruit provides year round availability and ensures peak freshness!  |

 Frozen food. Since I remember my life I'm eating frozen meal from refrigerator. there is two rules . 1) put that frozen meal in to the microwave. 2) eat it while is hot. otherwise you'll get sick. Frozen meal is really bad for your healthy. You should always check the date of expiration. I hade bad expariance with that. once I got poisoned by frozen meal. That meal was in my refrigerator an about 5 mouth. Thanks for Ambulance they came really fast only 40 minuts. |

;D I like the frozen food. but not a lot! I like it when i dont have time to cook or I sm lazy to go out to eat.  I think forzen food is ok for now. because it has a lot of choices that you can pick. and especially the frozen food from country, I like it so much. because some of them hard to find the fresh one in here. It is better to have the frozen and they still have the good test too. So I can eat my original food in the United State. ;D It is a good idea to have the frozen food.  |
