What are pluses and minuses of living in a house or in an apartment? What would you like to have?  |

When I was living, I lived in the condominium with my family. There were big gloopsy windows in my condominium which I could see every tall buildings around Silom road which is in Bangkok, Thailand. My dad has many houses in Bangkok too but it was too far from the train station. My brothers, my sister and I decided to stay in the condominium because of the convenient location and safe environment. There were many security guards in my condo. Those security guards remembered who was living in the building. I could go to downtown of Bangkok by using the train for only few minutes. I really missed living in the condominium. For me, living in the condominium is much better than living in the house. I like to live in downtown. I wish I could afford to live in the condominium in downtown of Chicago.  Phunthila R. |

Almost 19 years I lived in house. My family had different kind of houses. In my opinion to live in house more comfortable then in appartment. Living in house allow you to do too many things. You can have any kind of pet.

In my opinion I prefer house more than apartment because I like to have pets and gardent around my house. but it depend on location that I have to live because if I have to live in the city of course houre it so expensive I might have to live in a nice apartment and now in the big city there are a lot of beautiful apartment that very convinience savety and chepper than house a lot. so even I like to live in house more than apartment for some reason I might choose to live in apartment.  |

In the US, I like to live in the apartment. because of the convenient location. My apartment is close to the bus and the train, so I dont have to buy a car and rent the parking space that are expensive in here. Also I can save a lot of money, too. ;D I think, living in the apartment is good for me. sometime, if something is broken such as the sink or the door, I dont have to it by myself. i just called the apartment office to fix it for me!! It is very easy for me!! ;D  |

 Actually I prefer to live in an apartment, I think it is more pleasant and warm, also the safety of the apartments is better because these places usually have a watchman who cares about people who come to. Definitely I would choose apartment, it is easier to clean =) |

If only me, I would like to live in an apartment. It is safe and easy to clean. You do not need to clean the snow and cut fawn by yourself. Also, it is very safe. If I had a big family here, perhaps I would like to have a signal house. It is free and big. You do not to use the public washing machine anymore which is my biggest point I could not be tolerant of apartment. And you can watching TV or do some excise which is noisy. So, it is besides on your needs.
