It's fast, it's tasty and easy to make andddd yes, trail mix can be good for you, too. You can just grab and go . Gives energy for your body. Just how healthy your snack its depends on the individual ingredients you use and which you like most.

It's tasty indeed, but I am not aware that it's easy to make them. Elmira, do you know how? Maybe you can bring some to school and share with us if you don't mind.

;D ;D ;Dhihi I searched once,its kinda need a lot of ingredients and you should bake it,but I have never try to make that by myself. ;D I just buy from store,its inexpensive

"] I am not the big fan of the healthy snack bar . I like some of them. The one that I like have to mix with nut!. It tastes ok with nut!. I think some bars look good but taste weird!!. So that make me feel scare for eating the snack bars. I know the snack bars are good for health, easy to carry on and they are better to eat the real snack like potato chips or french fried. But the taste is hard to eat.

I like this kind of snack. As well I like almonds and nuts by themselves, besides fruits slices. Once you start to eat healthy you start automatically forget about junk food.
