 What do you think about economy in Chicago? Before, I come to school. I went to subway to get some drink. One guy asked a dollar from me to by fountain drink. I saw he had $5 bill on his hand and he is ordering meat ball foot long!! My question is what is happened? Is that normal to ask someone for money? |

Next cloopsy I am going to have a $100 bill in my hand. I will ask you for a $20 bill. ;D

This happened to me once.A fine gentleman in a train station, asked me for $0.25.He was 0.25 short to buy a Metra ticket. I must admit I was quite surprised first, because he was very elegant dressed in a stylish coat.I always carry with me a wallet with coins, so I asked him to take how many coins he wanted.He took $0.25 and then he tanked me and left to buy the ticket.
