I saw a lot of people going to workout at the gym near my house. Some of them going even it was late night. I think workout at the gym is kind of not the most interesting. For me, I prefer outdoor workout because i think it feel fresher than the indoor. And exercise in natural environments is good for your mental health.

I do like workout even I don't have enough time, but it is depend on the weather, time and my purpose. If I want to chill out with the nice weather I will prefer doing exercise outside, however if I feel get hard workout like weight lifting, swimming or taking some cloopsy that I can't do by myself such as yoga, pilates or cloopsy dance I will doing at the gym.

I do like workout at gym. Actually I don't workout since I got here, but I use to go to gym. It was good especially after work. Even I was so tired, forced me to go gym. After workout I felt so much better, refresh and my body light. Now, I wanna go to gym if I can find good place and price ;D

1) For appearance: to look trim, cool, attractive and shapely. 2) To be bad: huge and tough or sexy and foxy. 3) To be healthy and vital: lean, energetic and happy. 4) Out of fear or guilt: he’s a wreck or becoming one and can’t stand it anymore. 5) By doctor’s orders: poor health due to inactivity (overweight, diabetes, failing heart) 6) To join a friend: friendly persuasion, to accommodate or please a mate 7) To socialize: make a friend, boy-girl action, join the fun, identify. 8) To rehabilitate an injury or recover from an ailment. 9) To improve one’s abilities in other sports and recreational. activities. 13) To live longer and enjoy an independent and more abundant life.

If it counts, I hate it. I cannot keep up with working out for more than a couple of months, I find it not the most interesting, to the point that does not outweight the benefits of a healthier life. It may be healthier for your body, but it bores your mind like nothing in the world. However, I love doing activities or exercising outoors, but is not exactly working out. And to answer your question in that case I love it because keeps weight in healthy levels, in somehow is a higher quality of life for now, and the future. And is very entertaining too.

To be frank, I've been very fond of the idea of work-out. First of all and most importantly as well, it's a good way to keep your body healthy. Then there are some benefits coming along with it like being in a good shape, making friends and being sociable etc. I always have the idea of working out, but unfortunately I never find the determination to keep doing it. Maybe I'm just being too lazy. I think I need to find a friend as a work-out partner. This might help. It doesn't matter whether it's indoor exercise or outside. I mean they both have pros and cons. Like working out outside, it's more fresher, but there are some potential danger out there also. I guess I've watched too many drama serials. LOL...anyway, pick the one that fits you and your schedule. I really hope that I can get my work-out started soon.
Everybody out there, be healthy and be well.

I think everyone care about healthier now.Gym is also convenient,a lot of equipment and activity to do.Exercise is good for body.Exercise can help protect you from heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, noninsulin-dependent diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis, and can improve your mood and help you to better manage stress. For the greatest overall health benefits, experts recommend that you do 20 to 30 minutes of aerobic activity three or more times a week.

Well, I personally like to enjoy the nature, but my allergy won't allow me to workout outdoors. I would love to hike, but I will just end up sneezing rapidly and having runny nose and itchy eyes, therefore I have to work out indoors. I enjoy doing Pilates and yoga.

The main reason people work out is that they want to look likeable to opposite of sex. It is a very hard job because you have to do it minimum 3 times a week and work relly hard in order to get a good resault. and in order to came with good shape it takes a lot of time . But some people give it up after several times doing work out because I m saying again it takes a lots of attantion and work. Go to GYM , and enjoy your good looking body.
