This is my worth food. I very like vegetable food. Every day I always eat vegetable more than meat. How about your food worth? ;D ;D

An appple a day keep the doctor away! All fruits and vegetables are usefull for us. But sometimes some of them are not tasty or we just don't like how does it look and don't eat them. As for me I always try to eat them more than other foods. I actually like this picture it looks nice and tasty! be healthy keep eating vegetables and fruits!

In Lithuania I ate more naturaly food that in the U.S. There is very difficult to eat healthy food, because everythere are Mc'donals , Subways etc.... It's usually difficult to find something healthy.

I really love fruits and vegetable. Every meals i eat i always consider more veggie than meat. If it is possible i would avoid eating meat because i know that meat would cause a cancer and make you sick when you eat too much meat. But be sure when you have veggie try to buy the one without petsicide and organics one.

I like vegetables and fruits! It's good for healthy! Avocado,blueberries and Cashew nut is good for brain memorize!

I would prefer to eat vegetables and fruits.I eat meat very rare.i eat fish once a week.You should eat vegetables for your heart

i like the healy food such as milk fruit and vegetables. But everyday i still need eat some meet because they can give you protein. you should eat more sea food, like fish and lobster.All kinds of greens is fit for you.the nut will good for your brain and your memery.some times i will eat some junk food, for they really teast good, you cannot stop to eat them, like chips, pizza , and hamburger.

For myself I really love to eat all of kind vegtables. I try to eat healthy food not really oilly. Most of the time I made my own food If I have time. Especially, I love asian vegtables like chinese broccoli, on choy. This kind of vegtables It does have a lot more fiber. You should eat more vegtables for your health.
