Young Americans like to exercise. Older Americans might not exercise as much.

You seem to be not familliar with the exercise in your country, my country either. But in the USA, if you take a tour in any gym such as Lifetime and LA fitness, you will have a big suprise. There are a lot of people with various of age enjoy their exercise. They are running, swimming, playing etc with different purposes. Some of them want to be skinner, an others want to escape their stressful. My opinion is the exercise is not just only help us become heathy but also give us happy and enjoy time.

Exercising is really good for everybody in fact. I think People have to do exercise from childhood, not only when they gain lots of weight and then do exercises just to loose weight. It is better to do some exercises two days in a week, in a gym or just running around in the morning.
