If you want to meet someone (Doctors, teachers, lawers, etc) in the Us. You have to make an appointment or called them that they are available or not! because if they are not, I couldnt meet them on that time. and if you try to meet them without the appointment, it sounds very rule and not polite for them! ;)what do you think about making appointment in the US? Is it similar in your country or not?

I think that making appointment is always better. If you make an appointment with someone, it would be much easier for the other person and for you to make weekly or monthly schedule. Therefore everything that you want to do will be neater and you could always meet the person for sure. What I mean by "...you could always meet the person for sure" is that in my country, Mongolia, appointments are not as common as here in states. If we want to meet with some teacher, we would usually ask the other teacher where he, or she is and we would just go find the teacher to meet, which sounds pretty challenging. That's probably why we couldn't make neat schedule.
